Process Associate

Overview

HCLTech, a global technology leader with over 223,000 employees across 60 countries, is seeking a Process Associate to join their team in Chennai, India. The role focuses on supporting customer operations within the Order-to-Cash domain, emphasizing excellent service via email and chat channels, precise data handling, and continuous process enhancement to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries through email and chat platforms, ensuring remarkable customer experience.
• Maintain and update customer and operational data accurately across various systems and databases.
• Diagnose customer issues, deliver practical solutions, and escalate complex matters to senior support when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline such as B.B.A., B.M.S., B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, or B.C.A. Candidates with technical degrees like B.Tech, IT, MCA, or BE are not eligible.
• Fresher candidates graduating between 2024 and 2026 from Arts & Science streams.
• Strong written communication abilities, especially suited for email and chat-based support environments.
