About the Role
TimTim by Aritri is seeking diligent and responsible individuals to fill the position of Packaging Staff. This role requires working onsite with a focus on maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the packing process.
Working Conditions
- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Work hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly day off: Sunday
- Position type: Full-time, work from office
Key Responsibilities
- Pack products carefully following the company's standards
- Inspect products prior to packing to ensure quality
- Verify correct product types and quantities for each order
- Prepare orders adequately for shipment
- Keep the packaging area clean and orderly
- Handle products gently to prevent damages
- Provide support for additional packing or warehouse duties as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Dependable and hardworking attitude
- Punctuality and discipline in attendance and work
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate well within a team environment
- Previous experience in packing or warehouse roles preferred but freshers are welcome
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 18,000 plus incentives. The final salary will depend on your experience, productivity, and overall performance.
