We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Optometrist to join our established team in West Bridgford. This full-time position offers an exciting chance to work with a medium-sized store located in the heart of the community. Our Team and Environment

Our store currently operates with a committed team of 14 members who are enthusiastic about training and ongoing support to help staff excel in their roles.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per year, based on experience
• Performance-based bonuses of up to £7,000 annually linked to key performance indicators

Key Qualifications and Desired Traits

• Must be a qualified and General Optical Council (GOC) registered Optometrist
• Confidence in clinical skills and patient interaction
