About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Optometrist to join our established team in West Bridgford. This full-time position offers an exciting chance to work with a medium-sized store located in the heart of the community. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional, if you are passionate about eye care and motivated to deliver your best every day, you will thrive here. Our Team and Environment

Our store currently operates with a committed team of 14 members who are enthusiastic about training and ongoing support to help staff excel in their roles.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per year, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses of up to £7,000 annually linked to key performance indicators
  • Full-time employment with weekend work typically required for about two weekends per month

Key Qualifications and Desired Traits

  • Must be a qualified and General Optical Council (GOC) registered Optometrist
  • Confidence in clinical skills and patient interaction
