Job description
Position Overview
The Manager of Security and Threat is responsible for leading the governance, coordination, and management of security operations and threat mitigation across Qiddiya Workers Villages located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role ensures the prevention, detection, and rapid response to security threats via effective governance and preparedness for emergencies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive frameworks for security and threat management.
- Manage access control mechanisms, routine patrols, and oversee CCTV monitoring operations.
- Conduct detailed threat assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify risks.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities to share intelligence and respond to threat alerts.
- Lead investigations of security incidents and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Ensure all security practices align with Saudi regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and monitor compliance with training and licensing standards within the security team.
Key Deliverables
- Formalized security and threat management frameworks approved by leadership.

Required Experience & Competencies
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in security and threat management.
- At least 3 years experience in a leadership or managerial capacity overseeing security operations.
Technical Expertise
- Developing security governance structures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assessment and analysis of potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Proficiency with access control systems and surveillance technology.
- Conducting incident investigations and managing crisis response scenarios.
- Management of contractor performance related to security services.
