Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical devices, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lights, fire alarms, and extinguishers.
• Replace filters in HVAC systems as needed.
• Carry, lift, and stock various supplies required for maintenance operations.
• Take over Maintenance supervisor duties during their absence.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with fundamental knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and carpentry.
