Position Overview
The Linen Provider is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, counting, and organizing clean linen stock, guaranteeing precise distribution aligned with client needs. Daily duties encompass inspecting linen quality to identify damages or stains, coordinating rewash or replacements, preparing and packaging orders properly labeled according to client specifications, and aiding in the loading and unloading of deliveries. This role requires close collaboration with warehouse, laundry, and logistics departments to sustain inventory accuracy, uphold hygiene and safety protocols, and ensure timely service delivery to healthcare and hospitality clients.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail for inspecting linens for cleanliness and damage.
- Basic skills in inventory management, including counting and record maintenance.
- Physical capacity to stand for long periods, handle and move linen bundles in a high-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities to coordinate among various operational teams.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards prevalent in healthcare and hospitality contexts.
- Dependability, proficient time management, and a customer-oriented approach to meet schedules and client service standards.
- Prior experience in laundry services, warehousing, or hospitality support is advantageous.
- Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent; readiness to learn and adhere to established procedures is required.
