Position Overview
We are seeking an Installation Assistant to join our expanding team. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to advance in the installation field while supporting professional craftsmanship and excellent customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Installers in safely and efficiently installing products in customers' homes with a focus on quality and productivity.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing friendly and professional updates.
- Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment as required during installations.
Requirements
- No formal degree or certifications required; looking for motivated, teachable individuals.
- Customer-focused, approachable, and punctual.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and operate company vehicles responsibly.
- Previous experience in closet, garage, or office installations is preferable but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
