About the Role
Join a dynamic company where genuine passion drives the work. This role involves handling and reconciling large volumes of cash deposits, ensuring accuracy and security in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counting and verifying drivers' cash deposits received daily.
- Coordinating with Fidelity Guards and Coin Security personnel regarding cash handling and collections.
- Balancing daily cash deposits and reconciling with receipt records and banking transactions.
- Performing banking activities and ensuring daily banking balances are accurate.
- Adhering strictly to safety and quality standards as dictated by Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Participating actively in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Two to three years of experience in a related cash handling role.
- Proficiency in English and Mathematics, including literacy or pure mathematics.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting systems.
