Business Setup Advisor

About the Role

We seek enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Setup Advisors. This position is especially suitable for recent graduates aiming to launch their careers in sales and business consultancy focused on the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients promoting business setup solutions in the UAE.
• Clarify processes related to company formation, licensing, and associated services to clients.
• Identify potential leads and convert inquiries into viable sales prospects.
• Keep client information updated within the CRM system accurately.
• Engage consistently with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to build relationships.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and calls.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as PRO and documentation teams for seamless client onboarding.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally handle client inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience; telesales or sales background preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
• Confident, persuasive, and focused on achieving targets.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet objectives.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
