Business Development Representative (Account Manager Pathway)

Role Overview

Join Archer Recruitment in Dublin as a Business Development Representative with a clear path to becoming an Account Manager. This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle within IT recruitment, focusing on clients in pharmaceutical, medical devices, and financial services sectors, securing exceptional IT talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing deals independently.
• Develop and expand client accounts for long-term revenue growth and retention.
• Progress through a transparent 13-level career advancement program aiming at Account Management, Senior Leadership, and Equity Partnership roles.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, including at least 9 months in a B2B sales environment with target goals.
• Ability to confidently engage with senior-level stakeholders in financially regulated and life science industries.
• Must have an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa and be prepared to work full-time at the Dublin City Centre office.

Compensation and Benefits

• On Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1 €48,000+, Year 2 €77,000+, Year 3 €110,000+, with top earners surpassing these amounts.
