Key Responsibilities

• Follow strict procedures related to cold chain management, including thermometer calibration and temperature documentation, and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Comply with sanitation and cleaning standards within the bakery area.
• Execute proper handling of ordering, clearance, pricing adjustments, and labeling tasks.
• Prepare bakery goods by accurately applying thawing and baking instructions to uphold product quality and presentation.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.70 per hour.
