Assistant Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a renowned global beauty brand's retail team in Kildare. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations while inspiring and coaching staff to deliver outstanding customer service and drive strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing overall store management and performance.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities to maximize sales.
• Monitor sales data and pinpoint areas for business growth.
• Support efficient stock management including replenishment and inventory control.
• Help manage staff scheduling, rotas, and day-to-day personnel matters.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, health and safety, and operational standards.
• Represent the brand positively, embodying its values.

Candidate Profile

• Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or senior sales professional.
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, luxury, fashion, or premium retail sectors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Commercially savvy with a results-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
