- Maintain a dynamic sales pipeline at least 2.5 times the monthly quota, generating 30–50 qualified leads each month through various channels, and accurately document all activities in the CRM within 24 hours.
- Conduct detailed discovery meetings to diagnose each school's English learning needs and customize Fluento's offerings to align with their goals and budgets.
- Ensure strong client retention by maintaining an 85% or higher renewal rate from first-year schools through proactive engagement and performance demonstrations.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and product development.
Location and Travel Requirements
- Primary location in an assigned multi-city territory.
- Frequent field travel averaging 80%, including inter-city visits to cover 3 to 6 cities as per market needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 6 years of B2B field sales experience with direct quota responsibilities.
- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and the local language(s) of the assigned territory is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot, and competent in using MS Excel and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- A proven record in consultative selling with the ability to guide school principals through need identification and ROI analysis.
- Established, verifiable relationships with premium school decision-makers.
- Experience building and managing distributor or channel partner networks effectively.
- Direct B2B field sales expertise in education or related sectors, with proven success in closing mid-level contracts.
Desired Skills
- Experience selling English literacy or supplementary curriculum products to K–12 schools.
- Familiarity with procurement and approval processes for CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards.
- Proven ability to independently manage multi-city sales territories.
- Understanding of schools’ shift from traditional textbooks to technology-enhanced curricula.

- Effective challenger communication to handle objections without offering discounts.
- Self-motivation with strong organizational skills to prioritize and plan independently.
- Capability to build genuine trust-based relationships with school stakeholders.
