Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer specializing in GEO to design, develop, and deploy robust AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions that enhance search and discovery experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create production-level AI and generative AI solutions focused on GEO, AEO, and SGE projects aimed at improving AI-driven search visibility and relevance.
- Enhance content quality, data handling, and digital user interactions for AI-supported search, conversational interfaces, and large language model (LLM)-based experiences.
- Implement advanced techniques involving NLP, semantic search, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector database technologies.
- Analyze user search intents, AI-generated answers, retrieval behaviors, citation patterns, and content discoverability to pinpoint areas for optimization.
- Develop experimental setups and frameworks to evaluate GEO and AEO strategies alongside AI search system performance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Content, SEO, Marketing, and Business units to transform business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Continuously monitor and refine models and solutions to improve accuracy, relevance, response time, and overall user experience.
