About the internship
Internship Overview
This part-time, work-from-home internship offers practical experience in AI engineering with a focus on real estate applications. The selected intern will engage in spatial data processing, database management, and advanced web scraping techniques to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize GIS technologies such as GeoPandas, GDAL, and Shapely for processing spatial datasets.
- Manage and query geospatial databases including PostgreSQL with PostGIS extensions or other vector-optimized database systems to filter property attributes.
- Develop and maintain web scraping solutions using frameworks like Scrapy, Selenium, and Playwright to navigate complex web environments and circumvent anti-bot measures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Availability to work remotely during 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST aligning with company hours of 7:30 am to 12:30 pm EST.
- Commitment to a two-month internship period starting between August 25, 2026, and September 29, 2026.
- Background or strong interest in computer science and related skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in freelance projects involving AI/ML or software development.
- Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, ideally with specialization in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
