Join InstaRinn.com as an HR intern and gain practical experience in a dynamic fintech startup environment dedicated to revolutionizing home loan services. Your proficiency in MS Office applications like Word and Excel, along with strong English communication skills, will be essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting preliminary candidate assessments.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparation of orientation materials and organizing training sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and current information.
- Participate in crafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR-related support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team on special projects to enhance overall department functions.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Pune lasting six months.
- Should be able to start between August 26, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
- Preferably have a background or strong interest in human resources or personnel management.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi communication skills necessary.
- Adaptability to a startup culture and willingness to pursue a long-term opportunity are important.

Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 14,000 (comprising a fixed pay of INR 8,000-10,000 plus incentives of INR 2,000-4,000).
- Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation upon successful conclusion of the internship.
- Opportunity for a job offer and potential full-time employment with an annual salary between INR 204,000 and 240,000 upon conversion.
