About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to engage with the job evaluation process within a leading diversified company. Selected interns will contribute by reviewing existing job evaluation protocols, assessing current job description formats, and understanding governance expectations relevant to HR operations.
Interns will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to create, verify, and update job descriptions according to the approved Global HR format. Participation in job evaluation meetings will be required to assist with necessary analyses and maintain thorough documentation. Additionally, interns will manage job evaluation records, streamline the repository, and prepare materials to ensure audit readiness.
Candidate Eligibility
- Full-time availability for an onsite internship.
- Start date between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026.
- Willingness to commit to the entire 6-month duration.
- Relevant skills and enthusiasm for HR and job evaluation processes.
- Preference for MBA (HR) or MMS students with a fundamental understanding of job evaluation.
