Join Highway Delite, India's pioneering free travel application dedicated to enhancing highway travel and road trip experiences. Supported by the Government of Karnataka and incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, our platform provides verified route information covering more than 10,000 kilometers of highways. We are expanding rapidly and seek a Backend Support Executive to strengthen our backend operations.

Role Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day backend tasks and overall office functions effectively.
Organize, update, and analyze data using MS Excel and Google Sheets, including data entry, report generation, and tracking.
Engage in direct communication with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to provide updates, follow-ups, and support.
Maintain organized client records ensuring prompt correspondence and assist the operations team in compiling reports and daily worksheet preparation.
Offer administrative and operational assistance to the team as needed.

Candidates available for full-time in-office internship in Kolkata.
Applicants ready to commence the internship between August 25, 2026, and September 29, 2026.
Individuals committed to a six-month internship tenure.
Preference is given to women seeking to begin or re-engage with their careers.
Applicants must possess relevant skills and interests aligning with the role.

Compensation and Benefits

A monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 18,000.
Opportunity to receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.

Additional Information

Internship period is six months.
Start date is immediate, within the specified application window.
Work location is strictly onsite in Kolkata.
