Internship Overview

This internship offers the opportunity to develop and refine high-quality 3D digital assets including environments, characters, product visualizations, props, and cinematic sequences guided by creative briefs. Interns will engage in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, ensuring adherence to high visual and production standards. The role requires building both realistic and stylized 3D scenes intended for marketing, advertising, and digital media, along with crafting camera angles, animations, and simulations for promotional storytelling.

Role Responsibilities

Produce detailed 3D assets and scenes based on project requirements.
Manage texturing, lighting, and rendering processes to maintain visual quality.
Create sophisticated 3D compositions for various digital contents and campaigns.
Develop animations and cinematic clips for marketing purposes.
Integrate AI technologies into 3D workflows for asset generation and enhancement.
Optimize digital assets and scenes for efficient platform compatibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert creative concepts into compelling 3D output.
Apply post-production techniques using software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects to enhance visuals.
Ensure stylistic and technical consistency across projects.
Explore emerging technologies in 3D, AI, and rendering to innovate production methods.
Participate in training to stay current with new design tools and production techniques.

Applicant Criteria

Must be able to undertake the role remotely and be available to start between August 12 and September 16, 2026.
Commitment to a six-month internship duration.
Strong interest and relevant skills in 3D design and animation.

Open to fresh graduates and students pursuing or having completed related qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Background in 3D Design, Animation, VFX, Game Design, Visual Effects, Multimedia, Architecture, Product Design, Fine Arts, or similar disciplines.
Proven portfolio showcasing competencies in modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, or rendering.
Experience with at least one leading 3D software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.
Fundamental understanding of 3D artistic and technical elements including materials, lighting, and composition.
Familiarity or enthusiasm for AI-driven creative tools is advantageous; prior experience not essential as training is provided.
Interest in cinematic storytelling, product showcase, virtual environments, and AI-generated content is valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹4,000 to ₹10,000, comprised of a fixed portion between ₹2,000 and ₹4,000 and an incentive-based pay of ₹2,000 to ₹6,000. Successful interns will receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, and potential job offer with a starting salary of approximately ₹220,000 to ₹240,000 annually upon conversion to a permanent role.
