Your Role

• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and project managers within a team environment to devise the best solutions for our pension software.
• Implement new features and extensions using Smalltalk programming language based on requirement specifications.
• Develop software enhancements in alignment with evolving pension software needs.
• Analyze, design, and deliver custom extensions tailored for individual customer needs.
• Provide third-level technical support, assisting the support team with complex software-related inquiries.
• Document and resolve software defects efficiently to maintain high quality standards.

Your Profile

• You possess a technical university degree in Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field and have practical experience with Smalltalk, either professionally or during your studies.
• You are familiar with object-oriented programming concepts and have foundational knowledge of database management systems and related technologies such as Java and PostgreSQL.
• You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow, valuing both technological and personal development.
• You have very good German language skills, at least C1 proficiency in written and spoken communication.
