Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy features across the entire application stack. This role will collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into reliable and well-tested software solutions while maintaining system health as the product grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, write, and deploy production-grade code for the application stack.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to scope initiatives, weigh technical options, and define delivery schedules.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code and perform comprehensive code reviews for peers.
• Investigate and fix production issues, including participating in on-call rotations when required.
• Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
• Support and guide junior engineers and help enhance internal engineering processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience developing production-level software at scale.
• Expertise in at least one contemporary programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and designing modern APIs (REST or GraphQL).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of system design, testing methodologies, and Git version control.
• Experience working within Agile or other collaborative engineering frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive remuneration aligned with experience, skills, and location, with an indicative salary bracket from $95,000 to $160,000 USD equivalent, accompanied by benefits.
