About the Role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist fit-out construction firm located in Dublin 7. This permanent role offers a salary of up to €70,000 depending on experience, along with additional benefits. The position is primarily office-based but requires occasional site visits. Key Responsibilities
- Handle contract administration tasks, including managing changes and keeping relevant records up to date.
- Accurately prepare monthly Cost Value Reports for stakeholder review.
- Assist in overseeing project budgets, developing cost plans, and conducting feasibility studies where applicable.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent field.
- Have a minimum of two years' professional experience in Quantity Surveying.
