Role Overview
The Machine Learning Researcher position requires profound knowledge of modern machine learning algorithms, including cutting-edge methods like transformer architectures. The incumbent will be responsible for converting theoretical insights into impactful and production-ready machine learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, design, and implement reliable machine learning models.
- Develop and sustain scalable, production-level machine learning pipelines.
- Analyze and extract meaningful patterns and signals from vast, noisy, structured and unstructured datasets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a PhD or exceptional Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate deep theoretical understanding and practical expertise in core machine learning algorithms, with the ability to experiment with model architectures, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning to build robust models.
- Have proven success in deploying machine learning models from research phases to live production environments.
Additional Information
Experience in applying machine learning within financial markets is advantageous but not mandatory; outstanding candidates from technology sectors, startups, or academia with a strong background in machine learning are encouraged to apply.
