Python Developer

Overview

We seek a skilled Python Developer based in Singapore with over five years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have robust programming capabilities and practical expertise in contemporary software development processes, AI and machine learning technologies, databases, and continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python applications using best coding practices.
• Engage in test-driven development to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with teams using CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity.
• Work with various database systems including relational, NoSQL, and graph databases.

Technical Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with open-source AI frameworks such as PyTorch and LangChain.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum meetings, and Retrospectives.
• Scripting skills in Shell and proficiency with regular expressions.
• Basic Linux knowledge and exposure to cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Splunk, and public cloud platforms.

Preferred Expertise

• Hands-on experience with generative AI areas like fine-tuning, knowledge distillation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP, and A2A.
• Strong foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Background in data engineering.
