Project Control Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review contractor schedules ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors to design delivery, recovery, and mitigation plans.
• Create detailed project schedules including resource and cost allocation at the activity level.
• Coordinate with Project and Engineering Managers to maintain comprehensive deliverable lists for each design project.
• Implement a progress measurement system based on deliverables and work with team leads to keep it updated regularly.
• Employ Earned Value Management methods to assess schedule and cost performance metrics.
• Update weekly Earned Value Analysis dashboards at both project and sector levels.
• Support construction by reviewing and evaluating contractors’ schedules, monitoring progress relative to approved plans, and reporting to Project Managers.
• Prepare weekly or monthly progress reports summarizing construction project statuses.
• Assist proposal teams by developing schedules for new project bids.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to present and discuss scheduling and progress matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years’ experience in planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 software.
• Experience specifically in entertainment or leisure project environments.
• Strong background in applying Earned Value Management for performance tracking and reporting.
• Proficient written and spoken English with effective communication skills for liaising with colleagues and management.

Preferred Skills

• Capability to represent the company during client meetings and presentations with professionalism.
• Advanced computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools like Excel for managing complex spreadsheets.
• Proven managerial abilities and comprehensive understanding of industry best practices.
