Job description
Job Purpose
Carry out specialized aerospace manufacturing processes following established work instructions and NADCAP standards to ensure quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform chemical treatments on aerospace components as per procedures.
- Handle loading and unloading of parts safely and efficiently.
- Monitor ongoing processes to maintain adherence to quality parameters.
- Manage chemical stock levels and replenish as necessary.
- Accurately document process parameters for records and audits.
- Clean equipment thoroughly to maintain operational standards.
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to avoid equipment downtime.
- Implement 5S workplace organization methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines.
