Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai seeks a Motion Graphics Designer to craft visually engaging motion content suitable for digital and social media platforms. Responsibilities include conceptualizing creative ideas with the marketing team, designing dynamic motion graphics and layouts, editing video content with sound integration, and preparing assets tailored to platform requirements. The role demands collaboration across teams to maintain consistent branding and design quality, effective project management, and staying informed about current trends in motion design relevant to the audience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in creating motion design and graphics tailored to digital and video-first content.
- Experience in video production processes including editing, compositing, and sound integration.
- Strong capabilities in graphic design for social media, web, and marketing collateral.
- Expertise with professional design and motion software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop or their alternatives.
- A portfolio demonstrating motion design and graphic projects, ideally within consumer or lifestyle brand contexts.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with attention to detail in typography, color, and composition.
- Ability to work from the Mumbai office, handle multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams.
- Formal education in Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related disciplines or comparable professional experience.
