Executive - Sales Coordination

Overview

We are in search of an Executive or Senior Executive specializing in Sales Coordination to oversee daily sales support functions, maintain CRM systems, and generate MIS reports. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure streamlined sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise effectively with Sales, CRM, Supply Chain, and Dispatch teams to synchronize activities.
• Maintain and continuously update sales data, leads, and CRM (HubSpot) pipelines.
• Prepare comprehensive Daily Sales Reports, MIS, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Generate reports concerning incentives, commissions, targets, and sales performance on monthly and quarterly bases.
• Track and follow up on sales leads, orders, dispatches, and outstanding activities to closure.
• Manage sampling documentation and sample invoice records accurately.
• Critically assess sales and dispatch data for correctness and resolve inconsistencies.
• Compile Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and distributor-related reports to aid decision making.
• Ensure that reporting processes and data updates are timely and error-free.
• Offer support across various departments to facilitate smooth sales processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• An undergraduate degree in any field.
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Sales Coordination, Sales MIS, Sales Operations, or Sales Support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical reporting skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is a valuable advantage.
• Excellent abilities in coordination, proactive follow-ups, and effective communication.
