Dotnet Technical Lead

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Senior .NET React Technical Lead to guide the development of scalable and robust enterprise applications. This leadership role requires strong expertise in .NET technologies combined with hands-on full-stack development using React.js, along with integration and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers working on .NET and React projects to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications.
• Provide technical direction, perform code reviews, and mentor team members to uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Implement integration solutions utilizing messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
• Participate in solution design, effort estimation, and sprint planning activities within Agile frameworks.
• Ensure software adheres to security standards and is optimized for performance.
• Support production releases and troubleshoot complex issues as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in C# and strong experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 8 platforms.
• Solid experience developing with React.js for frontend development.
• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures with API Gateway integration.
• Hands-on knowledge of event-driven architecture using Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server, including performance tuning.
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and enterprise architecture.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Azure Cloud services.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, especially Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of SOAP web services.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of comprehensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in leadership roles guiding development teams.
