Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Data Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence and Analytics to lead our analytics and BI functions. The role involves creating and executing analytics strategies, deploying sophisticated BI solutions, and generating insights that enhance operational efficiency, performance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data analytics and BI roadmap in line with organizational objectives.
• Partner with senior management to establish critical performance indicators and inform decisions.
• Promote a culture centered on data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
• Prioritize analytics projects ensuring prompt delivery of business insights.
• Supervise the creation, deployment, and upkeep of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Transform complex datasets into practical business insights and strategic guidance.
• Conduct exploratory, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to address business challenges.
• Guarantee data integrity, quality, and governance across reporting and analytics workflows.
• Lead the strategy and enhancement of BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Work alongside Data Engineering teams to uphold scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Promote automation and empower self-service analytics for various business divisions.
• Collaborate with departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to support KPIs and improve outcomes.
• Deliver key analytic findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or closely related fields.
• Advanced degrees such as a Master’s or MBA are preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence environments.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-department analytics projects.
• Strong technical skills including SQL and programming languages like Python or R for analytics tasks.
• Expertise in business intelligence tools, including but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and Looker.
• Experience managing data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms.

• Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
