Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation for employees between offices, client locations, and other designated stops.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules punctually, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all vehicles meet company maintenance and compliance standards.
• Strictly obey traffic laws, safety protocols, and internal corporate regulations.
• Offer courteous assistance to passengers to guarantee a comfortable journey.
• Promptly notify the fleet manager of any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or delays encountered during trips.
• Keep detailed records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption data.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a spotless driving history.
• At least two years' experience in professional driving roles, preferably within corporate or commercial settings.
• Good knowledge of local traffic routes, patterns, and familiarity with navigation devices.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and respond effectively to unforeseen circumstances.
• Availability to work varied hours including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends when necessary.
