No prior pest control experience is necessary, as comprehensive paid training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Perform attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Carry out light carpentry tasks.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding services.
• Maintain company equipment and complete necessary paperwork using handheld devices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred candidates possess experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic dedicated to excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently while managing daily schedules.
• Comfortable working in varied weather conditions, confined spaces, and on rooftops.
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days; training costs covered by the company.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Adherence to safety protocols, including mandatory use of personal protective equipment such as OSHA-compliant respirators.
