Role Overview
As a CRA II/Senior at ICON, you will be engaged in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting detailed medical data, and supporting the advancement of cutting-edge treatments and therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits within clinical trials.
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, maintain data accuracy, and uphold patient safety throughout the trial.
- Work closely with investigators and site personnel to guarantee effective study execution.
- Review data and resolve discrepancies to preserve high-quality clinical information.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing study-related documents, including protocols and clinical study reports.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
- Bring a minimum of two years' experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Have thorough understanding of clinical trial procedures, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
- Be willing to travel approximately 60% of the time as required.
