Shift and Schedule

Flexible shift availability is expected, requiring consistent onsite presence and reliable attendance. Work hours may involve standing or walking for up to 8 hours with physical demands including lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily station store operations.
• Participate in hiring, supervising, and coaching store personnel.
• Support bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service with speed and friendliness.
• Uphold and execute high standards in the store’s food program.
• Lead and motivate a team, setting a professional example.
• Handle cash transactions and assist in problem-solving and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Effective leadership and supervision capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Cash handling and bookkeeping proficiency.
• Customer advocacy and empathetic problem resolution.
• Familiarity with food handling safety preferred.
• Retail and prior management experience desired.
• High school or college education advantageous.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Lift and carry weights up to 30 lbs for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs between ground and waist height.
• Apply push/pull force up to 20 lbs with arms.
• Bend and twist at the waist for up to an hour per shift.
• Use of hands for grasping, reaching, climbing ladders, and manipulating objects.
