Job Summary
The Architectural Designer will be responsible for evolving and refining design concepts and documentation. They will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors while progressively handling project components with increasing independence and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Prepare, manage, and update architectural drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate design inputs from consultants, contractors, and external design teams to ensure project coherence.
- Attend project meetings and conduct site visits as necessary.
- Perform compliance verifications in line with statutory and regulatory standards.
- Assist project leaders with managing change documentation during project progress.

Requirements & Attributes
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of experience from concept development to construction documentation.
- Experience in large-scale projects, particularly hotels and mixed-use developments, is advantageous.
- Proficiency with BIM software (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with statutory submissions, controls, and thorough understanding of local regulations and building codes.
- Additional professional certifications such as GMAP, GMAAP, or UD Assessor credentials are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
