About the Role

If you have a passion for retail, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team at Savers Health Home & Beauty as an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant. This position involves engaging with customers to deliver excellent service, maintaining store standards, and being an active team member who helps create a welcoming store atmosphere.

What You Will Do

• Provide excellent customer service to leave customers with a positive experience and satisfaction.
• Help maintain store presentation to ensure it looks attractive and meets company standards.
• Engage with the local community to promote the store and its offerings effectively.
• Participate actively as part of the retail team, becoming a recognized and valued store member.

Training and Development

Your apprenticeship training will be conducted entirely in-store over the course of 12 months, meaning there will be no college attendance or homework assignments required. Toward the end of the program, you will complete a review of your practical experience along with an assessment of your on-the-job performance. Ongoing support will be provided by both your team and a dedicated tutor to help you successfully complete the Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must hold at least a grade 4 / C GCSE or the equivalent in English and Maths (Scotland National 4's accepted).
• Applicants must not currently be enrolled in any form of education and must be available to work full-time shifts.
• You should not have already completed a retail apprenticeship previously.
• Eligibility to work legally in the UK is required.
• This opportunity is designed for individuals who are new to the retail sector.
