Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates using various job portals and online platforms.
- Evaluating resumes to shortlist candidates who meet job criteria.
- Engaging with candidates through phone calls and messages to facilitate communication.
- Organizing and scheduling interviews while coordinating details with applicants.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of candidates and tracking progress in hiring databases.
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure smooth communication.
- Supporting the HR team with daily recruitment-related tasks and activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
