About the Internship
Are you enthusiastic about leveraging event management to foster positive global change? If you possess strong English communication skills and a knack for organizing impactful events, consider joining the Conscious Humanity Network Foundation as an Event Management Intern. This role offers the chance to engage in diverse projects, acquiring practical experience in event planning, coordination, and execution through both virtual and in-person channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and execution of events, managing logistics, budgeting processes, and vendor relations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success.
- Use Google Docs to create and update essential event materials such as schedules and reports.
- Collaborate creatively with colleagues to develop innovative event concepts.
- Assist in supervising event volunteers and staff during activities.
- Contribute to post-event assessment to gauge effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Align event work with the foundation's mission and objectives to promote meaningful impact.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available to work remotely.
- Applicants should be able to commence between August 13 and September 17, 2026.
- A commitment to a six-month engagement is required.
- Relevant skills and interests in event management are essential.
- Women initiating or resuming their careers are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be at least 20 years old.
Additional Information
- Internship duration is 6 months with immediate availability preferred.
- The monthly stipend ranges from INR 3,000 to 16,000, comprised of a fixed component (INR 2,000–4,000) and incentives (INR 1,000–12,000).
- Interns receive a certificate upon completion and benefit from flexible working hours.
