Join Renu Sharma Education and Healthcare Foundation as a Data Analyst Intern, working remotely to analyze project and organizational data that enhances decision-making and operational efficiency. This internship offers hands-on experience with real datasets, reporting, dashboard creation, and collaboration with multiple departments to support evidence-based improvements.

Key Duties

Gather, clean, and organize data from diverse sources.
Interpret datasets to detect trends and derive actionable insights.
Produce periodic analytical reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
Develop visual dashboards and charts utilizing Excel, Power BI, or Tableau tools.
Ensure database accuracy by validating data and eliminating inconsistencies.
Prepare performance evaluation reports for projects.
Offer management data-supported recommendations.
Support presentation creation grounded in analytical outcomes.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, CSR, and other teams on data tasks.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and summarize findings.
Maintain documentation of analytics procedures and data logs.
Safeguard the confidentiality and security of organizational data.

Qualifications & Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel features such as Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
Basic SQL knowledge for extracting data.
Experience or familiarity with business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Understanding of Python or R for data analysis is advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills including report writing.
Capability to perform tasks independently within a remote setup.
Time management and organization skills to meet deadlines efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

Students or recent graduates from B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, MCA, M.Sc., MBA, or related fields.
Individuals interested in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
Basic knowledge of statistics and data visualization techniques is desirable.
Applicants must be available for remote work and able to join between August 21, 2026, and September 25, 2026.
Commitment to a 1-month internship duration is required.
