Role Overview

Join Mars Venture Studio as a Venture Architect, guiding startups from initial validation phases through to full operational launch. This role involves comprehensive oversight of startup structuring, strategic business development, and early-stage funding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute detailed opportunity validation including market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM), competitor landscape evaluation, and demand validation exercises.
• Create scalable, revenue-generating business models featuring sound unit economics and transparent cost frameworks.
• Plan and manage minimum viable product (MVP) development timelines, ensuring close collaboration with technical teams for delivery.
• Design shareholder cap tables and fund allocation structures consistent with Mars' investment approach.
• Guide founders through initial traction phases, experimentation for growth, and strategic market positioning.
• Develop standardized operational frameworks focusing on governance, reporting mechanisms, and performance monitoring protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven background in venture creation, management consulting, or leading startup ventures.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and strategic business analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the startup journey and various fundraising processes.
