Store Supervisor

Role Overview

The Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating the team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations, while delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably has at least two years of experience in roles that involve direct customer interaction.
• Strong communication abilities and aptitude for teamwork in fast-paced settings.
• Capable of multitasking effectively under pressure.
• Organized with the skills to delegate tasks and provide support to store team members.

• Maintain standards for product rotation, merchandising, and product facing.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and developing store staff.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally in line with store policies.
• Adopt new initiatives and embrace evolving operational methods.
• Lead the team during shifts, including opening and closing the store.
• Maintain merchandising, stock availability, and store presentation at high standards.
• Support inventory control, receiving deliveries, and overall store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Additional Information

The position is based at Clancy’s Centra, Loughville on Lahinch Road, Ennis, County Clare. Retail experience is preferred, with supervisory experience considered an advantage. This hands-on role requires reliability, organization, confidence in managing a team, and readiness to take responsibility during shifts. The exact start and finish times may vary.
