Solution Architect (ServiceNow / Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform)

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect skilled in ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform with Copilot Studio to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation projects, architectural design, and technology deployment across business and IT divisions. The role demands creating scalable, secure, and creative solutions that enhance operational workflows, automate processes, and improve user satisfaction. Collaboration with stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership is key to ensuring successful platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise solution design and delivery utilizing ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate solution alternatives addressing business needs and technology constraints.
• Create architecture roadmaps aligned with corporate goals and operating models.
• Offer technical guidance across various projects, delivery streams, and teams.
• Review designs to ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
• Set architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Champion automation and platform transformation initiatives to optimize business processes.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency through low-code/no-code platforms and intelligent automation.
• Support migration from legacy systems and design integrated business and data solutions.
• Collaborate to maximize platform usage and business value.
• Implement AI-driven solutions leveraging ServiceNow AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
• Assess and recommend emerging technologies enhancing business results.
• Promote enterprise adoption of AI capabilities with architecture and governance guidance.
• Work with Agile teams, product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and plan deliveries.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Update senior management and governance bodies regularly, fostering decision-making and consensus.
• Enforce compliance with architecture standards, security policies, regulatory requirements, and governance.
• Oversee platform configurations, integrations, performance monitoring and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers ensuring contract compliance and technical alignment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in enterprise, application or platform architecture roles.
• Expertise in either ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, API design, and integration frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Experience in Agile project environments with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience

ServiceNow

• Architecture, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or similar modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and AI features.
• Expertise in workflow migration and enterprise service management.
• Knowledge of integration architecture and governance on ServiceNow.

Microsoft Power Platform

• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-driven solutions.
• Governance, security, and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions.
• Proficiency in enterprise automation and low-code development.
• Integration experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365.

Educational & Professional Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
• Certifications in Microsoft Copilot or AI-related technologies.
• Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, Agile or similar certifications.
• TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as banking, financial services or government is advantageous.
