Established in 2003, MES Medical College Hospital is a multi-speciality medical facility committed to providing excellent patient care.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage comprehensive payroll operations.
- Ensure all statutory compliances relevant to payroll are strictly adhered to.
- Administer HRMS and payroll software systems effectively.
- Provide consistent support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
- Handle the process for full and final settlements for departing employees.
- Compile and analyze payroll management information system (MIS) reports.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve payroll operations.
Eligibility and Educational Requirements
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.
