Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Java Developers capable of significantly enhancing application performance through scalable and rapid solutions. The role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications as part of the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and sustain Java-based application components throughout various phases.
• Create reusable, testable, scalable, and efficient code implementations.
• Perform debugging and testing of new and updated applications.
• Document code comprehensively and participate actively in peer reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of hands-on experience with Java 8, Java-J2EE technologies, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong foundations in computer science concepts including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving across diverse technical challenges.
• Proficient coding abilities with a track record of building large-scale, distributed web applications, including database integration and API design.
• Experience working with various data storage technologies such as Elastic Search, SQL databases, Hadoop, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Competent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices encompassing coding standards, code reviews, version control, build procedures, testing, and deployment workflows.

Educational Background

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supported by 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
