Compensation and Benefits

This job offers an anticipated pay rate of $19.00 per hour, subject to variations based on your location, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, the role qualifies for a monthly bonus. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) savings plan with company matching. You will accumulate up to 152 hours per year of paid time off (covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays) along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave annually, or as mandated by law.

Work Schedule

Work shifts are respectfully scheduled within operating hours from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold high standards of customer service
• Keep the store environment clean, safe, and well organized
• Gain cross-functional experience by learning all store operation areas, including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Act as the Leader on Duty according to schedule
