About the Role
Dream Holidays Arcade Pvt Ltd is looking to expand its team with a Reservation Executive for its Africa operations based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. This position invites both freshers and experienced candidates passionate about a career in international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer inquiries and effectively handling travel reservation requests
- Providing excellent support and assistance throughout the booking process
- Maintaining attention to detail in all customer interactions and bookings
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent English communication abilities, both oral and written, are essential
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good coordination capabilities to ensure smooth booking operations
- Previous experience in travel reservations or ticketing will be considered a plus
