Role Overview

This full-time remote position entails working as a Recruiter in a target-driven consultancy environment. The incumbent will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing candidates via diverse channels, screening their resumes, conducting interviews, and liaising with clients to ascertain staffing needs. Daily responsibilities encompass maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment databases and trackers, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. The role requires meeting placement targets, preparing recruitment-related reports, collaborating with team members, and aligning recruitment strategies to client goals. Independence, the ability to juggle multiple recruitment mandates, and effective communication with stakeholders across locations are essential.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
• Competence in client communication, gathering requirements, and nurturing client relationships.
• Proficiency in negotiation, offer management, and successfully closing roles within deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and fundamental MS Office applications.
• Strong time management, target orientation, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for remote consultancy work.
• Previous experience in agency or consultancy recruitment, ideally within target-focused setups.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical expertise.
• An advantage includes knowledge of digital recruitment channels, social media sourcing tactics, and a basic grasp of marketing-driven hiring approaches.

Additional Information

The monthly budget allocated for this role is 10,000 INR. The position is entirely remote, allowing the candidate to work from any location.
