Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Quantexa Engineers for positions based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia. This role involves the technical delivery of Quantexa implementations, applying Agile and DevOps methodologies, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders including Quantexa, data, and delivery teams. Candidates should be prepared to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to productivity, quality enhancement, and innovation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Quantexa platform implementation using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Operate within Agile and DevOps frameworks to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins.
- Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Engage with MS Azure and Azure DevOps environments (basic knowledge preferred).
- Utilize Scala and Spark for hands-on development tasks.
- Represent the technical team during engagements with key stakeholders.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical delivery challenges.
- Contribute to responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) within Infosys Digital Consulting Group’s Quantexa domain.
- Drive initiatives for productivity improvement and maintain high standards of quality.
- Continuously seek innovative solutions and foster process enhancement.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Scala and Spark with practical development experience.
- Hold certification in Quantexa technologies along with demonstrated Quantexa project delivery experience.
- Experience with Quantexa Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and scoring techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in software design and development principles.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and positive attitude.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes container orchestration.
