About the Role

Join us as a key member of our consulting team, where you will engage in various project phases such as defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing challenges, crafting solutions, designing systems, and assisting deployment efforts. You will evaluate multiple solution options using research including literature reviews, public domain data, and vendor assessments, and develop proof-of-concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into requirement specifications, define future process states, and create detailed functional designs.
• Configure solutions aligned with product requirements; analyze and resolve technical issues, and propose suitable alternatives.
• Contribute to both unit and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering value-added, high-quality solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their business challenges and enhance deliverables by refining, analyzing, and organizing pertinent data.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.
• Apply logical reasoning and problem-solving skills effectively while working collaboratively.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions.
• Possess knowledge of one or two industry domains to contextualize solutions.

Eligibility

Candidates with B.C.A., B.Sc., B.Tech, or B.E. degrees in any specialization are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

Strong background in Python development with a focus on Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Additional Information

Work location is Pune, India. The role may involve engagement with product and AI development frameworks. Salary range is from 100000 to 500000 INR annually.
