Overview
We are actively seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager / Design Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on guaranteeing the successful design delivery of all executed projects, providing leadership for seamless coordination and engineering implementation within our Project Management Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategically throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial design stages to commissioning and handover.
- Oversee and manage design and document management functions, adhering to PM Group's established systems and protocols.
- Serve as the primary senior-level client liaison, maintaining alignment on project goals, risk management, and performance benchmarks.
- Coordinate and direct multidisciplinary PMC teams, contractors, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Drive performance standards across key parameters including cost, timeline, quality, and safety.
Essential Qualifications
- Significant experience managing large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects, especially in design or project management roles.
- Demonstrated success in senior leadership positions within AE, PMC, consultancy, or client-side settings.
- Strong commercial awareness and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with hyperscale project developments is highly advantageous.
